Shipping policy

We will be pausing all shipments to the USA, as a result of the de minimus exemption cancellation. We know this impacts many of our friends in the U.S. and we’re grateful for your support. We are working through potential solutions and are optimistic that we will have one soon.

CANOE Candle Co. orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.

CANOE uses a variety of shipping services (typically UPS or Canpar), depending on the location of the customer address. Once shipped, most customers will receive their order within 3 business days.

Customers will be notified once their order ships, and will receive a tracking number to monitor their order.
